About Eastchester High School
Eastchester High School is a four-year comprehensive school program with an academic curriculum that has been nationally recognized for its excellence by the U.S. Department of Education. The majority of students enroll in a four-year college preparatory program, with others pursuing associates degrees, military service or employment. Students are offered numerous opportunities to participate in Advanced Placement (AP) and duel enrollment courses in all content areas, as well as an Advanced Science Research program and the W.I.S.E. internship program.
A wide array of extracurricular clubs and athletic opportunities, as well as winter and spring concerts and theater/dance productions to showcase student talent outside of the classroom, round out the EHS student experience. The Eastchester community supports a strong emphasis on community service and content-specific field trips, both nationally and internationally, that broaden the students’ understanding of the connection between the curriculum and a increasingly important global perspective.
